NEIGHBORHOODS
Have you ever looked out an airplane window and seen the beginning of a neighborhood? Newly paved streets with fresh dirt on either side, a few light posts maybe. You think, yep, pretty soon that's going to be just another subdivision.
We look at it a little differently. We wonder, what can we do to make this neighborhood special?
Call us antsy, but we don't like to build a bunch of the same houses. Nor do we like to color them all with the same set of crayons. It doesn’t seem the best way to build a community. So we spend a little extra time to find the best house for each lot. Then we build it the best way we know how.
It may take us a longer, but in the end we're happier with the house and we’re happier with the entire neighborhood. Because it doesn't feel like just another subdivision. It feels like home.
We're currently building in both communities listed below. Come take a look. We hope one of them feels like home to you.

The Highlands at Somerset Hill
Tumwater, Washington
If you've ever shook your head and asked, "Why do all new houses have to look the same?" you need to take a quick trip to The Highlands. Every house is different, every interior unique. And there's a style and price-point for everyone. It's a friendly neighborhood on the slopes of Tumwater Hill, which means the terrain is as varied and interesting as the homes. Just two minutes from I-5 and every conceivable shopping/entertainment amenity imaginable, it's an easy place to live, as well. In fact, if there were a beauty contest for new home communities, The Highlands might take it all -- including Miss Congeniality.
